Do I need prior coaching experience?

No specific background is required. You need to be someone who leads, coaches, facilitates, or supports others in some capacity, and who is ready to go deeper. Emerging coaches are as welcome here as established ones.

What industry is this for?

All of them. The methodology works with human beings, which means it works everywhere you do.

Is the Immersion required?

Yes. The embodied learning that happens in person cannot be replicated virtually. July 27–30, South Florida. Full details are provided upon acceptance into the program.

How soon can I deliver my own program?

What's the difference between Foundational and Platinum?

Foundational gives you the license to coach, facilitate, and teach this work live, in any format: 1:1, groups, retreats, corporate rooms. It is a complete, deployable license for live delivery under your own brand.

Platinum expands your license to include pre-recorded courses, passive digital products, memberships, hybrid containers, and the ability to embed your training inside any institution — whether that's a company, a university, a healthcare system, or a professional association — where it keeps working and generating income long after you've left the room.

The only restriction on both licenses is that neither permits certifying others in the NIE methodology. That exclusivity stays with The School of Becoming®.

Can I upgrade from Foundational to Platinum later?

Yes. If you complete certification at the Foundational level and decide you're ready to expand your license, you can upgrade to Platinum afterward. The upgrade investment is the difference between the two levels.

I've already completed BECOMING™. Is there a credit?

Yes. BECOMING CNIEP receive a $3,000 tuition credit applied toward certification.
